Collaborative therapy where the belief is that you are your own expert; I’m just here to help!
I’d love to meet you where you are and support your healing.
I’m so happy that you’re here!
Hi, I’m Juliana (she/her)! I love helping people avoid their avoidance and ultimately release limited thinking and behavioral patterns.
Are you struggling to manage the impact of trauma or grief, but constantly pretending like you’re fine? Do you often feel stuck or overwhelmed by your thoughts? Maybe you are a gender or racial minority feeling the weight of both the current world and your past experiences. Perhaps you are a mom who is trying to juggle it all. No matter who you are or what you’re dealing with, you deserve to feel supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically. I’m on your team!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapist and Consultant who has spent almost a decade working primarily with women, gender and racial minorities. Though I have experience working with various concerns, I specialize in supporting teens and adults coping with anxiety, trauma or PTSD, maternal mental health and grief and gun violence. My approach is warm, direct, and empowering.
“Hope is a discipline. It’s less about ‘how you feel’ and more about the practice of making a decision every day.… It’s work to be hopeful. It’s a hard thing to maintain. But it matters to have it, to believe that it’s possible, to change the world…”

My Services
Because I am not based in the states that I am clinically licensed, all of my services are virtual. I am licensed to work with clients and clinicians in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Clinical Supervision for Clinicians Seeking Licensure
I am honored to be able to provide cost-effective clinical supervision for emerging therapists. I believe that the mentor-mentee relationship that occurs through clinical supervision is incredibly important to the development of a clinician’s skills and confidence in the field. I engage with supervision similarly as I do the therapeutic relationship: warm, relational, and collaborative.
Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for PTSD
Developed in the 1980s, PE is a highly effective and evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) designed to treat PTSD. It helps individuals safely confront trauma-related memories and situations that they have been avoiding. Structured and generally an 8-15 week treatment, PE is one of the most studied and recommended treatments for PTSD in the mental health field.
Consultation for Clinicians Seeking PE Certification
I became a certified PE consultant in 2024 after doing the work to become certified in the treatment myself and absolutely falling in love with it. I have had the pure pleasure and awe of seeing PE truly work and provide clients immense, lasting relief. As a consultant, my goal is that you get to see that too.
